Palestine
Week
at the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks to raise
campus and community awareness of the situation of Palestinians
in Israel, in the Occupied Territories, and in diaspora.

conflict, promote a more pluralistic and compassionate dialogue,

The
artwork
on our publicity materials is the work of Palestinian artists
Majdi Hadid, Awatef Rumiyah and Majd Abdel, initially published
in the Subjective Atlas of Palestine. The
artists have graciously allowed us to use these powerful
pieces for Palestine Week to aid in efforts to communicate
their humanity through visual media.
The
Subjective Atlas of Palestine is available
for purchase from Europe, and can be viewed for free in
its entirety at: http://www.annelysdevet.nl/palestine
